What is your return policy?
All of Harrys' Hardware purchases are backed by a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a complete refund (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned merchandise must be in brand-new, unworn condition and still have all tags and packaging intact. You MUST request an RMA number prior to returning any products to ThisBazzar. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. If you would like to request an RMA number, please contact us using our online form. We'll be glad to assist!
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take extra care to ensure that you'll receive your item with no damage or defects. In the event you receive a defective product, we'll be glad to exchange your tem at no additional cost to you. Just contact us and we'll take care of you right away!
What if i purchase multiple items, do I get a discounted shipping rate?
Yes, depending on the amount of items purchased (if they all fit in the same box) you will receive a refund for the appropriate amount. If a refunded is applicable it will be processed within 24 hours of the purchase.
